    Description

Circa 2000 Perfect Game Pitchers Signed Limited Edition Giclee. Marvelous work by noted sports artist Doo S. Oh is aptly entitled "Perfection," appearing here as number "53" of a limited edition of eighty-six autographed giclees (print on canvas). Ten of the men responsible for pitching's most celebrated achievement have signed the work, each on the sweet spot of a baseball detailing the date, score and opponent. They repeat the date in their own hand as well. The cast of signers: Larsen, Barker, Witt, Rogers, Wells, Cone, Bunning, Koufax, Browning, Martinez. The four other men who had pitched perfectos at the time of the artwork's creation--Young, Robertson, Hunter and Joss--appear in unsigned format. Oh signs at lower right. Framed dimensions 35x46". Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
