Circa 1950 Charles "Kid" Nichols Signed Black & White Hall of Fame Plaque. Despite notching 361 career victories on the mound for the Braves, Cardinals and Phillies, Nichols waited forty-three years following his 1906 retirement from the Majors before he entered the Hall. Four years later, at age eighty-three, he was gone. This tough plaque was autographed during that narrow stretch of time that Nichols could enjoy the honor, and the blue ink signature at the lower margin appears that it will remain as immortal as the man himself. The 10/10 autograph is not diminished by a diagonal crease that runs from bottom center to right center, the only flaw of note. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
