    Description

Circa 1935 Hall of Famers Multi-Signed Baseball with Foxx, Lazzeri. While we cannot date this "Official League Ball" with complete certainty, the cast of characters is likely explained by a mid-1930's meeting between the Philadelphia Athletics and the New York Yankees, as all resident autographs could be traced to those camps. Seven signatures are here in total: Foxx, Lazzeri, Combs, Dickey, Higgins, Warstler and Connie Mack, Jr. Both Foxx and Lazzeri display quite convincingly as singles, adding further appeal to a ball that has no shortage of such. Autograph strength varies from 6/10 to 8/10, clearly well inside the acceptable range for a septuagenarian sphere. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
