    Description

Circa 1932 Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig Signed Baseball. Marvelously bold black fountain pen ink supplies a strong sweet spot Ruth and side panel Gehrig, recalling the most fruitful slugging partnership in the sport's long history. They rate 8/10 and 9/10 respectively, the former losing a point only due to an abrasion that skirts the edge of the second letter "b." Decades later the baseball's owner presented the antique orb to Stan Musial for signing, and his 9.5/10 ink autograph fills the southern panel. The Hall of Fame trio shares space on an apparently game used OAL (Barnard) ball with the gorgeous red and blue stitching the League should never have abandoned. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
