    Description

Circa 1932 Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig Signed Baseball. The appearance of Murderer's Row's top two assassins on an ONL (Heydler) ball suggests that the autographs date to World Series competition, quite possibly from the days surrounding the Babe's famed Wrigley Field "Called Shot." The Bambino claims his traditional sweet spot positioning, the black ink rating a conservative 7/10 between the black and red stitching. Stabled to the left is the Iron Horse, reduced to a light but fully legible 4/10 due to surface wear over the passing decades. Still a very solid and desirable example, and an absolute necessity for high-end Yankees collections. LOA from PSA/DNA.
