    Description

1960 Marilyn Monroe & 1990 Joe DiMaggio Signed Checks Display. Though their marriage lasted only slightly longer than a season of baseball, the definitive blonde bombshell and the Yankee Clipper are forever linked in pop culture lore. They are likewise linked by this artfully crafted display, pairing autographed checks from "Marilyn Monroe Productions" and "Yankee Clipper Enterprises" respectively. Marilyn's check is filled out with type but signed at lower left in 8/10 black ink. DiMaggio's is filled out entirely in his hand and signed in the rare "Joseph DiMaggio" format. Each check presents as NRMT. Display is matted and framed to 21x29" dimensions. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
