    Description

    1941 Walter Johnson Signed Check Display. The Big Train was enjoying his third year as a member of the Hall of Fame's inaugural class when he executed this check made payable to the "Carlin Supply Company" for a total of $59.23. All ink, and the authorizing signature at lower right, are rendered in Johnson's 8/10 black fountain pen ink. Check is attractively matted and framed beneath a portrait photograph (modern print) of the fireballer in his prime. Framed dimensions are 15x21". Check has not been examined out of the frame, but appears NRMT in the display. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
