    Description

    c. 1960s Jackie Robinson Cut Signature. The argument could be made that the moment Jackie Robinson's pen touched the paper of his Brooklyn Dodger contract in the spring of 1947, his signature could be considered the most important in all of baseball history. Certainly those of Ruth, Gehrig, and Mathewson are worth more now, but none has ever meant more to a shifting society than Jackie's.

This roughly 3.25x3.5" cut (from a menu page) features a solid blue ballpoint signature from the man that broke baseball's color barrier. Light wear exhibited, aside from the torn edges where the signature was removed from the menu. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
