Tom Seaver was known as "Tom Terrific" in his playing days for his pinpoint control and low ERA. As the Mets all-time leader in wins, Seaver is considered the greatest player in team history. Seaver's signature is centered on the sweet spot in crisp blue ink. Mike Schmidt, widely regarded as one of the best third basemen to ever play the game, played his entire career with the Philadelphia Phillies and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1995.
