    Description

Early 1930's Jim Bottomley Signed Baseball. The star first baseman for the great St. Louis Cardinals teams of the 1920's, Bottomley provides a significant challenge to modern autograph collectors due to his 1959 passing, a full fifteen years prior to his Hall of Fame induction. His black fountain pen ink signature rates a stunning 9/10 on the sweet spot of this early ONL sphere (note the red and black stitching, though presidential stamping is no longer discernible). Signatures which once accompanied Bottomley have been professionally removed to create the look of a rare and valuable single. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
