    Description

Circa 1960 Earle Combs Single Signed Baseball. His 231 hits and twenty-three triples led the American League in 1927, facts largely overshadowed by fellow Hall of Famer Babe Ruth's sixty long balls clubbed that same World Championship season. But if Ruth is dozens of times more famous than Combs, he's thousands of times more common on single signed baseballs, with just two Combs examples surfacing at major auction in the past dozen years. This Official Little League ball is inscribed "To Richard" and signed on the sweet spot by the star Yank. Ink is 7/10. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
