    Description

Circa 1950 Frank Frisch Single Signed Baseball with Cut Signature. A speedy switch-hitter who earned a pair of World Championship rings for both the New York Giants and the St. Louis Cardinals, Frisch adorned this ball for an admirer soon after his Hall of Fame induction. His black felt tip sweet spot signature rates 8/10 beneath a toned coating of shellac on an Official Longhorn League ball bearing Hal Sayles presidential stamping, dating the ball to a period between 1949 and 1953. A solid example of a rather elusive single on many a collector's wish list. Also here is a cut signature from an envelope, presumably sent to the recipient of the ball. The "F. Frisch" is applied as part of the return address, and rates 9/10. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
