    Description

Circa 1950 Dizzy Dean Single Signed Baseball. The charismatic leader of the 1934 World Championship "Gashouse Gang" makes for a notoriously tough single, and the few that do arise in the hobby tend to be much later than our high-grade offering. This OAL (Harridge) ball ranks as the standard by which the short supply of Dean singles should be judged, with a lovely and meticulously rendered autograph commanding the side panel. The tiniest scuff just barely touches the top of the letter "D" in Dizzy's surname; otherwise a rating of 10/10 is entirely justified. The ball is slightly and evenly toned, and displays marvelously. The odds of finding a superior example are poor at best. LOA from Steve Grad & Zach Rullo/ PSA DNA.
