Circa 1930 Kenesaw Mountain Landis Signed Baseball. Best remembered as the man who doomed the Chicago Black Sox to Major League banishment, Landis is rarely spotted on horsehide, and this sweet spot example will quite adeptly fill a hole in one collector's trophy case. His black ink offering rates perhaps 4/10, but we can't afford to be picky given the intense scarcity. An unknown signer appears on the panel to the north, and the facsimile signature of a minor league president is below. The ball is a minor league variation of an Official National League model with pre-1935 black and red stitching, adding quite a few display points. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
