    Circa 1929 Jimmie Foxx Signed Baseball. The blue and red stitching of this Official American League baseball ensures a vintage of 1934 or earlier, though the loss of presidential stamping limits our ability to narrow the range further. No matter--the main attraction here is the early and unimprovably bold blue fountain pen signature of Double X, the first man to join Babe Ruth in the 500 Home Run Clubhouse. Expert restoration has cleansed this ancient orb of all other signatures which once joined Jimmie, presenting the appearance of a very expensive single signed sphere. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
