Circa 1929 Jimmie Foxx & Al Simmons Dual-Signed Baseball. A Hall of Fame pairing of Mack Men for the many collectors with a concentration on the long lost days of American League baseball in Philly. The presidential stamping on the OAL sphere is gone, but the red and blue stitching assures pre-1935 vintage, and this pair would split up at the close of the 1932 campaign. Simmons takes sweet spot position, with Foxx to the south. Signatures rate 6/10 and 8/10 respectively. Ball exhibits a bit of scattered toning that does not affect the autographs. A great find lovers of the long ball--these guys were the Ruth and Gehrig of their team during those Championship years. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
