    Description

Circa 1928 Babe Ruth Signed Baseball. A strong sweet spot autograph from the Sultan of Swat would make this a five-figure ball if the story ended there. But we must report that a scattering of stamped and hand signed autographs decorate the other panels, with Wattie Holm, a member of the two Cardinals team the Yankees faced in 1920's Fall Classic competition, suggesting a possible October vintage. The other autographs do not appear to be Major League in origin. A great way to bring a quality horsehide Ruth, a solid 7/10, into your collection. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
