    Description

1984 Detroit Tigers World Champion Team Signed Baseball. When HOF manager Sparky Anderson joined the Detroit Tigers in 1979, he boldly predicted a pennant within five years, even though it had been over a decade since that club had been serious contenders. Sure enough, the '84 Tigers went a spectacular 104-58, going on to win the World Series four games to one over the Padres. Thirty members of that championship team have checked in on the offered OAL (MacPhail) ball, with Anderson occupying the sweet spot. Also here are Kirk Gibson, Alan Trammell, Lou Whitaker, Jack Morris, Lance Parrish, Willie Hernandez, Howard Johnson and more. Signature strength averages 8/10 or better. LOA from PSA/DNA.
