    Description

1980's-90's Babe Dahlgren & Ryan Minor "Streak Stoppers" Dual-Signed Baseball. Almost certainly the only baseball of its kind, this OAL (Brown) ball began life as a Babe Dahlgren single, his sweet spot signature joined by his handwritten notation on the adjacent side panel reading "Replaced Lou Gehrig May 2, 1939." Later the ball was presented to Ryan Minor, who signed the southern panel under his handwritten inscription, "I replaced Cal Ripken Jr. at 3rd base on Sept. 20, 1998, breaking his all-time consecutive games played streak of 2632 games." A thoroughly unique "theme ball" celebrating the Major League's most dedicated employees. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
