Description

1966 Old Timer's Game Multi Signed Baseball. Sixteen signatures of baseball greats adorn this Regulation League Cleveland Indians baseball. Signed in blue ball point ink, the ball includes six members of the Hall of Fame: Pie Traynor, Johnny Mize, Lefty Grove, Joe Medwick, Enos Slaughter and Luke Appling. In addition, autographs of Gil Hodges, Vic Raschi, Johnny Pesky, Ed Yost, Spud Chandler, Johnny Vander Meer and four others are found on the ball. Someone has added the inscription of "Old Timers Game Cleveland June 12, 1966" under Pie Traynor's signature to assist in tracing the roots of the baseball. Most signatures rate in the 8-9/10 range, while the baseball itself has scuffing affecting the autographs of Medwick and Hodges. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
