    Description

1960 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball, PSA/DNA NM+ 7.5. Mazeroski's historic blast ended the fun for this American League Championship squad, but it's essentially the same team that won it all in 1961, one that rates among the greatest ever to call the Bronx home. The historic pairing of MVP Roger Maris and pinstriped legend Mickey Mantle is in full effect on this OAL (Cronin) sphere, with the M&M boys joined by twenty-five teammates including a rare genuine Stengel, Ford, Berra, Richardson, Houk, Howard, Turley and Terry. Signature quality averages a very consistent 8/10, with the baseball itself assessed at a 7/10 level to arrive at the official PSA/DNA rating. A very impressive example from one of the most desirable post-war teams. Full Grading LOA from PSA/DNA, NM+ 7.5. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
