    Description

1959 Chicago White Sox Team Signed Baseball. Taking Chicago's "second team" to the Series for the first time since the Black Sox of 1919, this club remains ChiSox fans' favorite next to the 2005 World Champions. Hall of Famers Nellie Fox, Early Wynn, Luis Aparicio and Al Lopez appear on this OAL (Harridge) ball along with twenty-six fellow flag-winners, notably Torgeson, Phillips, Landis, Lollar and more. Two signatures (none listed) are affected by a thumbprint smudge, but otherwise the autographs rate an impressive average of 8/10. The ball is lightly and evenly toned, with a few scattered incidents of foxing. A fine example of this important sphere. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
