    Description

1959 American League All-Star Team Signed Baseball from the Casey Stengel Collection. Casey took skipper duties for the Midsummer Classic at Forbes Field this season, a year before he would suffer a crushing defeat at that locale at the hands of Bill Mazeroski. A late inning surge from the Nationals sank this ship as well, but the talent present on this OAL (Harridge) ball is so superb, we'll forgive the loss. Among the thirty-one signatures present are Stengel, Bunning, Wilhelm, Ford, Minoso, Fox, Wynn, Killebrew, Kaline, Aparicio and more. Mantle, Williams and Berra have been deemed clubhouse signatures. Quality of autographs is a consistent 8/10 to 9/10, and the hide is lightly and evenly toned. The ball has been encapsulated in a special PSA ball cube with a "Stengel Collection" label. A full PSA/DNA letter of authenticity attesting to the Stengel provenance is included as well.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
