    Description

1958 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. The Bombers avenged their loss to Milwaukee in the 1957 Series this year, finally getting to Braves pitcher Lew Burdette in the eighth inning of Game Seven to earn a six to two victory. Twenty-five World Champs have applied their blue ink signatures to this OAL (Harridge) ball, including Mantle (CH) and Berra on the sweet spot and Ford, Slaughter, Howard, Richardson, Larsen, Skowron, Turley and Duren nearby. The ball is clearly game used as the signatures are far too bold (9/10 average) to have survived post-signing play, and the ball exhibits obvious use. Imagine the possibilities. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
