1958 Milwaukee Braves Team Signed Baseball. Finishing at 92-62, the solid 1958 Milwaukee Braves lineup went on to a hard-fought World Series match-up against the New York Yankees. This would be a rekindling of the 1957 championship series, which saw the Braves victorious. In 1958, Warren Spahn would beat Whitey Ford for an opening series victory, while Lew Burdette would show both his hitting and pitching prowess in game two, winning the decision plus adding a three-run home run. The teams would split the next two games, setting up a commanding three games to one lead for the Braves. It would end with the men in pinstripes dominating the final three games, however, winning the World Series in seven contests.

Spahn and Burdette are both found on this ONL (Giles) ball, as well as other notables Eddie Mathews, Hank Aaron, Del Crandall, Red Schoendienst, Joe Adcock and Andy Pafko. The remaining signatures are Harry Hanebrink, Fred Haney, Bill Bruton, Gene Conley, Juan Pizarro, Felix Mantilla, Wes Covington, Bob Rush, Carl Willey, Humberto Robinson, Bob Trowbridge, Joey Jay, Frank Torre, Johnny Logan, Casey Wise, Don McMahon and Del Rice. Only one spot of toning smaller than a dime affects the Covington autograph, while the remainder of the ball is in stellar Near Mint condition. Signatures average close to a 9/10, making this a truly top-notch ball for the high grade collector. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
