    Description

1958 Milwaukee Braves Team Signed Baseball. The National League Champs matched Mickey Mantle's Yanks step for step all the way into the eighth inning of Game Seven, when the boys in pinstriped managed to pull away for good. But it takes a tremendous amount of talent to put up that sort of scrap, notably guys like Aaron, Mathews, Schoendienst, Spahn, Burdette and Conley, each of whom appears on the lightly toned hide of this ONL (Giles) ball. Twenty-five signatures are here in all, with the average a strong EX, and only a few (none listed) falling notably below this mark. Certainly one of the most star-studded teams of the 1950's. LOA from PSA/DNA.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
