1957 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. Casey Stengel had already won the championship with the Yankees in 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953 and 1956, so it was no surprise that the Bronx Bombers returned to the pinnacle of the postseason again in 1957. Unfortunately, the pinstriped crew would fall short in this series, losing three games to the Milwaukee Braves' starter Lew Burdette. Still, the team remains one of the powerhouse Yankees squads of the 1950's, and this baseball proves to be a solid reminder of that team.

Signed on an OAL (Harridge) ball in excellent condition, Mickey Mantle and Yogi Berra share the sweet spot. Opposite them, on the logo panel, is skipper Stengel in clubhouse format. Other notables include Elston Howard, Tony Kubek, Bill "Moose" Skowron, Bobby Richardson, Phil Rizzuto, Hank Bauer, Frank Crosetti and Enos Slaughter. Most signatures rate in the 7/10 to 8/10 range, with Mantle a solid 7/10. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
