1956 Pittsburgh Pirates & Chicago Cubs Signed Baseball. One enterprising baseball fan with no particular team loyalties apparently took what he or she could get, passing this ONL (Giles) ball to players sporting both white and grey jerseys until space ran out. Twenty-seven signatures are here in total, with such notables as Clemente, a rookie Mazeroski, Monte Irvin, Groat, Friend, Face, Law, Sukeforth and key 1955 Dodgers figure Frank Kellert. An amber shellac coating has served its purpose admirably, preserving the blue ink at an average strength of 9/10. A smart way to bulk up your vintage Hall of Fame autograph collection in a hurry. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
