    Description

    1956 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. It was a season punctuated by a Triple Crown for Mantle, a perfect game for Larsen, and a World Championship for the Bronx. So it's little surprise that collectors tend to clamor for team balls from this Yankee edition, and here we provide a wonderful example. Sharing the sweet spot are two of the club's biggest names, Mantle and Berra, with the adjacent panels populated by the likes of Ford, Slaughter, Rizzuto, Larsen, Martin, Howard, Skowron, Carey, Bauer and McDougald. Twenty-seven signatures are here in total, with autograph quality a consistent 8/10 and no major names falling below that mark. Non-official ball is lightly shellacked.
