1956 Don Larsen Signed New York Yankees Contract - The Year of His Perfect Game!
Don Larsen was a journeyman pitcher with a below .500 record who appeared with eight different teams in a fourteen-year career. But a single October afternoon ensured his baseball immortality. Everything came out perfect when Larsen toed the rubber for Game 5 of the 1956 World Series. The Brooklyn bats fell silent as Larsen spun a perfecto, still the only perfect game in World Series competition.

This contract secured Larsen's services in 1956 for the modest sum of $12,000. Larsen signed and added his address on the approval page and also signed an additional clause which is stapled to the inside. Regular mailing folds appear. Letter of provenance from Don Larsen.
