1956 Charles Robertson Single Signed Baseball. His career stats may be less than eye-popping, but a single game's greatness assures immortality for this pitcher whose first two Big League innings came in support of the 1919 White Sox. Just four appearances later, as a member of the 1922 team, Robertson retired twenty-seven Detroit Tigers in succession at Navin Field, becoming the fifth perfect game pitcher in Major League history, and the first to accomplish the feat on the road. This is the only single we've ever encountered from Robertson, whose sweet spot signature rates 8/10 on a Little League ball. His handwritten "10/26/56" on the southern panel dates the sphere to the same month as Don Larsen's famous perfecto. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
