1955 Philadelphia Athletics Greats Multi-Signed Baseball with Foxx, Baker. A faded notation on the side panel of this OAL (Harridge) sphere reads, "A's All-Time All Stars 1955," and all evidence appears to support this attribution of vintage. The Hall of Fame pairing of former A's catchers Mickey Cochrane and Jimmie Foxx shares the sweet spot, with fellow Cooperstown residents Frank Baker, Lefty Grove and Al Simmons nearby. Rounding out the cast: Eddie Collins Jr., Jack Barry, Bing Miller and Mule Haas. Signature quality ranges from 5/10 to 9/10. Light shellac and surface wear. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
