1955 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball. After countless near-misses, Dem Bums finally tasted championship champagne in 1955. All the heartache was finally put to rest as Campy, Jackie and Hodges rose to the top of the baseball landscape. Signed by Brooklyn's finest of '55 is this Dodgers cream-colored baseball. We can link it to the championship outfit because Don Hoak and Sandy Koufax signed on. Both were teammates for a short period in '55 as Hoak went on to Chicago in '56. Also Frank Kellert, who only appeared with the Dodgers in '55, has signed on.We are pleased to report the side panels which feature Jackie Robinson (south) and Roy Campanella (north) signatures rate 8/10. The other two panels are a notch below. The twenty-five ballpoint signatures include: Labine, Hoak, Kellert, Campanella, Podres (clubhouse), Furillo (clubhouse), Alston, Meyer, Robinson, Roebuck, Walker, Zimmer (clubhouse), Newcombe (clubhouse), Gil Hodges, Spooner, Gilliam, Amoros, Craig, Shuba (clubhouse), Erskine, Koufax, Reese, Loes, Templeton and Snider (clubhouse).
