1955 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball, Graded PSA EX+ 5.5. The Yankees got them in 1941. Then again in 1947. Then 1949, 1952 and 1953. But the sixth time was a charm for the long-suffering Bums, whose ace pitcher Johnny Podres twirled a shutout when it mattered most for a Game Seven victory and delirious joy on Flatbush Avenue. Presented is a "Dodgers" souvenir ball signed by twenty-seven members of Brooklyn's only World Champs, the list including Robinson, Campanella, Reese, Snider, Alston, Podres, Hodges, Erskine, Furillo, Gilliam, Labine and the key Frank Kellert, assuring 1955 vintage. Snider, Newcombe, Loes, Walker and Roebuck appear in secretarial format. PSA/DNA grades the autographs a conservative 7/10, with the ball scoring 4/10 for the combined grade as listed. Included print-out of email correspondence from Roger Craig indicates this ball once belonged to the former Dodger. Full grading LOA from PSA/DNA. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
