1953 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball. Though it was the 1955 edition that finally brought the World Championship to Flatbush, this was arguably the superior team, notching a remarkable 105 victories against just forty-nine defeats during the regular season and clinching the pennant by thirteen games. Twenty-four National League Champs have checked in on this lightly-shellacked ONL (Giles) ball, including all your favorites like Jackie, Campy, Hodges (scuffed), Erskine, Roe, Dressen, Podres (scuffed) and more. Clubhouse versions of Snider (scuffed), Reese, Walker, Furillo and Meyer appear. Surface wear has caused moderate to significant obscuring of at least a portion of a third of the autographs, but those notable names that have been affected are noted above. We still find quite nice examples of the most desirable figures, making this a solid starter ball until the time comes for an upgrade. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
