    Description

1952 Ted Williams Single Signed Baseball to Phil Rizzuto. While "playing days" singles from Ted Williams are tough and highly desirable in any case, the offered example is particularly special, deriving from the personal collection of the Splinter's Hall of Fame compatriot Phil Rizzuto. Illustrating that the most famous rivalry in sports between the Red Sox and Yankees could still have its friendly moments, Williams inscribed the OAL (Harridge) ball with the words, "To Phil, A great player, Ted Williams 1952." Both the inscription and the ball itself remain in spectacular condition, clearly and justifiably having been a cherished possession of Scooter's. Accompanying the ball is a signed letter of provenance from Rizzuto's widow Cora. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
