1947 Montreal Royals Team Signed Baseball with Roy Campanella. Following the same career path as fellow teammate and racial pioneer Jackie Robinson, the future Hall of Fame catcher for the Brooklyn Dodgers honed his skills with the club's International League farm team the year prior to his Ebbets debut. His bold blue fountain pen signature is one of twenty-four adorning this Official International League ball, joined by other past or future Dodgers like Erv Palica and Al Campanis. Signature quality averages an impressive 8/10 to 9/10 throughout. An important relic from what is arguably the most socially significant season in baseball history. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
