    Description

1947 Hank Greenberg Single Signed Baseball. Just two months before Jackie Robinson racially integrated the Majors, another brave adversary of the sport's toxic xenophobia autographed this ONL (Frick) ball for a fan. His side panel inscription, dated "Feb 6. 1947" rates 6/10 beneath a vintage coating of shellac which has instilled the side panel with an amber tone. Greenberg is tough as a single in any format, but playing-days models are tougher still. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
