    Description

1941 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball. The first of eight Brooklyn teams to meet the Yankees in a Fall Classic Subway Series, the Bums won them when it counted during the regular season this year, going eighteen and eight in the final month to take the National League flag. A magically preserved ONL (Frick) ball offers twenty-two EX or better signatures on its creamy white hide, with notables included Hall of Fame manager Durocher on the sweet spot, Lavagetto, Casey, Medwick (clubhouse), Dressen, Reiser and Camilli. Who knows what this team might have accomplished had the onset of World War II not thrown the baseball world into chaos in 1942? LOA from PSA/DNA.
