    Description

1940's Gabby Street Single Signed Baseball. The St. Louis skipper at the helm of the memorable World Series battles with the Philadelphia A's in the early 1930's. Singles from Street are all but impossible, so the serious Cardinals collectors will not want to miss this rare opportunity. The blue ink side panel signature rates 8/10, and a very faded personalization can just barely be discerned above. Street is identified on the sweet spot in an unknown hand "Charles 'Gabby' Street, St. Louis Cards Manager." ONL (Frick) ball shows some wear and toning, but still displays very nicely. LOA from PSA/DNA.
