Just one week after Lou Gehrig delivered the most famous speech in the history of American sport, the Midsummer Classic was waged upon that same hallowed Bronx ground. Presented is a Centennial season sphere autographed by twenty-four members of the losing side, with notables including Ott, Hartnett, Lombardi, Herman, Mize, Vaughan, Medwick, Root, Hack and Danning. ONL (Frick). The experts at PSA/DNA have registered ratings of 7/10 and 8/10 for the autographs and baseball respectively, accounting for the final grade as listed. Full Grading LOA from PSA/DNA, NM+ 7.5. Please be advised that seals on this ball cube may have been broken for imaging purposes. However, the ball is pictured on the PSA/DNA letter.
