    1939 Baseball Centennial Event Signed Baseball with Kid Nichols, G.C. Alexander. Marvelous relic of a Baseball Centennial event at Fenway Park is replete with Dead Ball Era talent, sealed between the hide of an OAL (Harridge) ball and a vintage coating of shellac. Among the noteworthy names: Kid Nichols, Grover Cleveland Alexander, Cy Young, Frank "Home Run" Baker, Chief Bender, Ed Walsh, George Kelly, Walter Johnson, Harry Hooper, Joe Wood, Kitty Bransfield. Twenty-two signatures are here in total, ranging from 2/10 to 8/10 with most solidly in the middle of that span. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
