    Description

1937 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. A dazzling memento from one of the Iron Horse Lou Gehrig's final seasons in the bigs holds vast significance to the baseball historian in the know. The 1937 New York Yankees went on to the lift the World Series trophy on the strength of their incredible lineup. Twenty-four have placed their signature on the surface of this OAL (Harridge) ball, including a sweet spot offering from Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Frank Crosetti, Tony Lazzeri, Red Ruffing, Tom Henrich, and more. Signatures of McCarthy, Dickey and Gomez are clubhouse. While one of the panels has been affected by staining both the signatures of Gehrig and DiMaggio remain for the most part unaffected. LOA from PSA/DNA.
