    Description

1937 Babe Ruth Single Signed Baseball. Less than two years after the great Bambino retired his mighty Hillerich & Bradsby, he signed this "Junior National League" ball for a young fan. The side panel notation reads, "To Tom O'Brien, From Babe Ruth, Jun 16, 1937," still retaining a strength of 6/10 after close to seven decades of life. The ball itself is just a hair smaller in diameter than a big league ball, and has toned a creamy, even shade on the signature side, with darker toning on verso that will not be visible upon display. Included is the original, if damaged, Draper & Maynard baseball box. LOA from PSA/DNA.
