    Description

1930's Jimmie Foxx Signed Baseball. A bold, playing-days sweet spot signature from the second man to summit the 500 home run plateau, applied to the moderately toned hide of an OAL (Harridge) ball. Joining him on the ball are Pinky Higgins and a clubhouse Joe Cronin, but, as our catalog photography should illustrate, Foxx still presents quite convincingly as a single. Scattered scuffing on a side panel suggests possible removal of a personalization, though this too remains well clear of the important Foxx autograph. Easily a five-figure ball as a legitimate single, this 9/10 black fountain pen Foxx will be a relative bargain for a smart shopper. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
