    Description

1924 St. Louis Browns Team Signed Baseball. Powerhouse club finished just a single game behind the mighty New York Yankees in the American League standings, powered by George Sisler's team-leading 246 hits and Urban Shocker's team-leading twenty-four victories. Each legend appears among the twenty-six autographs adorning this OAL (Johnson) ball, joined by other notables including McManus, Williams, Gerber and, for some unknown reason, Hall of Fame Senator Sam Rice. Signature quality averages 6/10 to 7/10, with some mild surface abrasions to the antique horsehide. The first '22 Browns team ball to surface at auction this century. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
