    Description

1922 New York Giants Team Signed Baseball. The National League flag bearers faced off for the second time with their American League tenants at the Polo Grounds this season, and once again topped Babe and the boys to claim the World Championship. Here we present an exceedingly rare relic from that memorable Golden Age in Big Apple baseball, an ONL (Heydler) sphere autographed by twenty-six. Admittedly condition is less than ideal, but most of the autographs remain at least partially legible, and we can spot Youngs, Stengel, Frisch, Kelly, Bancroft, Groh and more among the names. Ball is soiled and worn, but condition concerns are secondary in light of the rarity and the roster teeming with legends. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
