1920's to Present 3,000 Hit Club Multi-Signed Baseball with Cobb, Collins, Speaker. Comparatively, the modern guys are easy. But try finding a baseball signed by these three pre-war legends for the foundation upon which to build the collection! One savvy collector was wise enough to understand what a remarkable relic he had located in the horsehide bearing the signatures of Ty Cobb, Eddie Collins and Tris Speaker, and then set out to create one of the most exciting and desirable "theme balls" ever imagined. Of the twenty-eight men ever to summit this storied plateau, twenty-two appear on this ancient "Official League Ball." In chronological order, we find Cobb (2/10), Speaker (7/10), Collins (8/10), Musial, Aaron, Mays, Kaline, Rose, Brock, Yastrzemski, Carew, Yount, Brett, Winfield, Murray, Molitor, Gwynn, Boggs, Ripken, Henderson, Palmeiro and Biggio. The winning bidder will have the joy of seeking out Derek Jeter, the only living Club member absent, to add to the mix. All "modern" signatures rate 8/10 or better. Unquestionably the most comprehensive baseball of its kind in existence. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
