    Description

1980's Julius "Dr. J" Erving Game Worn Philadelphia 76ers Jersey. Julius Erving inspired a generation of roundball players to live above the rim. While the game of basketball had seen guys able to dominate above the rim, Dr. J took it to a different level. This "Wilson [size] 40" jersey was worn by the Doctah when he was dominating in the 1980's. The pullover is graded MEARS A5 with five points deducted for light overall wear. "Sixers 6" is shaped on front while "Erving 6" is correctly spaced on the reverse. Red, white and blue trim gives the Springfield worthy jersey a patriotic feel. A lone Wilson size tag is featured in the tail. LOA from MEARS, A5.
