    Description

1972 Roberto Clemente Single Signed Baseball Commemorating 3,000th Hit. Gloriously high-grade specimen is both a fond reminder of a great ballplayer and man, and a sad tribute to a life snuffed short. Just above the 9/10 sweet spot inscription, "Best Wishes, Roberto Clemente" is affixed a typed label which reads, "Commemorating 3,000th Hit, Sat. Sept. 30, 1972 vs. Jon Matlock of New York Mets." Just three months later, Clemente would perish when his airplane was swallowed by the sea. A marvelous relic which hasn't aged a day since its meeting with the doomed Hall of Famer. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
